I recently received an adorable polish in some nail mail from the indie brand Pop Culture Polish (www.popculturecosmetics.com). This is "I Got Caught Swimming to the Surface."
This polish has a milky pale purple base with different sized red, green, and purple glitters of all shapes and sizes :)
I painted two coats of this polish over one coat of Sally Hansen's "No Hard Feelings," and topped it off with one coat Seche Vite.
This polish went on smoothly, but I had a little trouble getting all the amazing different glitter out and onto my nail! I would recommend turning this bottle upside down for a minute or two prior to use.
I will say, I LOVE this polish...the several different glitter shapes and sizes make it so adorable (not to mention the subtle underlying fine red shimmer!)
